COMMON RETURNS QUESTIONS

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a UPS prepaid shipping label via email.

We will cover the charges for the shipping and handling on your first domestic return. In the case that another return is made, shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the warehouse, you'll get your refund approximately within 72 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days excluding original shipping charges.  A reminder, Final Sale items are not returnable.  

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, contains original tags, and hygienic liner for all swimwear. All items must be returned in the original condition.

We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our store. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition.

What items are non-refundable?

 Giftcards are not refundable.  All domestic and international Final Sale items are not returnable.
